Job Description
Job Title: Solution Architect (US Citizen Only)
Location:Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that are both effective and scalable.
- Develop and present detailed architecture blueprints and solution designs.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and IT capabilities by designing systems that meet functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Recommend best practices for architecture and integration of complex systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts project managers and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams (developers engineers etc.) and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic goals.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed about project status risks and technical decisions.
- Lead the design and implementation of enterpriselevel systems or solutions.
- Ensure that technical standards guidelines and best practices are followed.
- Perform technical evaluations of existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide strategies to mitigate technical security and operational risks
- Assess the impact of solutions on existing systems and infrastructure and plan for necessary changes or integrations.
Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation including solution designs architecture diagrams and implementation plans. - Provide regular updates to management on progress challenges and milestone
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role with at least X years in designing and implementing complex IT solutions.
- Extensive experience in systems architecture integration and software development.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF Zachman).
- Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Experience with enterprise applications databases and integration tools (e.g. ERP systems CRM systems).
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of networking security protocols and protocols such as HTTP REST SOAP etc.
- Experience with development languages (e.g. Java Python .NET etc.).
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
