Job Description
CHI St. Josephs Health is looking for URGENT dates Physician Emergency Medicine Coverage!
Bid Due Date: 12/9/24 @5p est
Rate Caps for Submission:
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly BRBR Per hour not OT
Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rate. Per holiday hour no OT
Availability/Schedule Requirements:
Dates of service: 1012 shifts per month ongoing for either days or nights
Schedule: Both days and nights (12hours shifts)
Dates of Coverage: starting January **1012 shifts per month**

Support Staff: 2 RNs and a CNA
Reason for coverage: PT ER physician retiring at end of December and another FT ER physician leaving for private practice beginning of December
Please note vendor is responsible for provider background screening and 12panel drug screening after offer acceptance.
In Additional Submission Details: Disclose if provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity Facility

Clean Background/malpractice HIGHLY PREFERRED
WIll accept a provider who requires a flight.
