Summary: St. Anthony Hospital (SAH) is looking for a Neurosurgeon locum to help with backup/secondary call coverage. The site anticipates a need of locums for secondary call up to 27 days total per month to maintain level 1 Trauma status.

Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rate. Per holiday hour no OT

24 Hour Holiday Call Rate BR Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
Call Back BR75 and below Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.

- Since this is secondary call team anticipates call back hours to be less than the primary call back.

EMR Required Training:
- Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to providers first day.
- EMR Virtual training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Provider must schedule virtual EMR training after modules are completed and before the providers first day.
Travel Preferences:
- Preferred Lodging: SAH has a list of preferred hotels. (reach out to Trio Operations to obtain if provider is accepted)
- Air Travel: Air travel okay
- Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations. Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation. Requirement description :
- Board Certified Neurological Surgery Required or Truly BE (05 years of residency completion)
- Active CO License Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission
- Active ACLS BLS Required for credentialing
- Active DEA Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA however must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment not just for shifts worked.)
- Must disclose # of shifts per month provider can offer to the team ongoing Required
- Candidates must be available for any dates detailed in the job description to be considered for ongoing dates Required
