Job Description
This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:
Manage inbound leads from channels email campaigns while executing effective cold outreach strategies.
Identify and qualify client needs offering tailored IT solutions and services.
Build and nurture strong client relationships.
Engage with prospects and clients on topics like system architecture cloud solutions and modern IT trends.
Attend conferences and networking events to generate leads and represent the company.
Support the preparation of proposals presentations and contract negotiations.
Stay updated on IT trends to identify opportunities for clients.
Identify upselling opportunities such as introducing reporting tools chatbot solutions or enhanced development services to clients.
Actively participate in client kickoff meetings to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project execution.

Requirements
- Previous experience in IT consulting or technical sales.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts and technologies.
- Familiarity with IT roles and workflows including project managers testers developers and designers.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management ideally within the tech industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to analyze client needs and identify scalable IT solutions.
- Selfdriven and organized with the ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities.

2-3 years of experience in .NET development, specifically with Net Framework 4.5.2, Asp.Net MVC, and Razor. Fluent Hungarian and English knowledge is a must. Flexible attitude, excellent teamwork, and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently and result-oriented, meeting project deadlines.
