The Client Delivery Customer Service team supports international business in servicing retail and institutional investors brokers and financial intermediaries.
What you will be doing
Business duties and responsibilities:
Independent processing of incoming and outgoing letter mail.
Answers routine to complex customer inquiries determines customer concerns/problems and contributes to the resolution of escalated issues by offering solutions within scope of work via inbound or outbound phone calls.
Corresponds with customers via fax chat applications/website email or complex written correspondence where appropriate.
Identifies customers current and future needs to proactively enhance the customer experience.
Proactively identifies opportunities that contribute to the satisfaction of service and operations goals through workflow productivity and quality prioritization.
May perform quality control activities to ensure quality standards are met.
Verifies customer requests to ensure information is correct and in good order and takes appropriate action.
Adheres to all policies & procedure guidelines and customer service standards to achieve operational productivity and quality objectives.
May perform relevant operational or service adhoc requests assigned by leader i.e. acts as project resource provides feedback etc.
What you bring
35 years Transfer Agent experience or equivalent Investment Industry experience.
Flexible approach towards office / hybrid / remote work arrangements.
Mutual fund or financial services industry knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French and interpersonal skills.
Independent and teamoriented work to achieve set deadlines.
Knowledgeable in MS Office tools and
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Proven to take initiative and work under pressure in a changing/growing environment.
Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.
