Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students speech language and swallowing needs.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with assessment results and student objectives.
- Keep detailed records of evaluations treatment plans and progress updates to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Collaborate with families educators and multidisciplinary teams to establish and monitor therapy goals.
- Provide guidance and education to students and families on managing communication and swallowing disorders effectively.
- Offer compassionate tailored therapy to meet the diverse needs of students with communication challenges.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to stay informed about advancements in the field and enhance therapy techniques.

Requirements
- ASHA certification is essential for consideration
- Hold A Masters Degree in Speech Pathology or a related field
- Eligibility or possession of an SLP license in the state of Georgia
