Job Description
- Product Development: Assist in defining product requirements and writing detailed user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering design and other teams to develop and deliver products.
- Market Research & Analysis: Assist in Performing market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product offerings.
- Product Roadmap & Strategy: Support the development of product roadmaps and prioritise features based on user needs and business objectives. Track and communicate progress ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing sales and customer supporteams to ensure product success. Assist in the creation of training materials product documentation and marketing content.
- DataDriven Decision Making: Use analytics tools to monitor product performance and user behaviour.
- Identify key metrics and prepare reports to assess the success of product initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in product management project management or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello) and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Google Analytics).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
