Our team is rapidly growing and we are looking for a young talented and motivated HR Admin to join our team assist in our recruitment process maintain our culture and manage internal operations.
You will be responsible for recruiting onboarding and fulfilling our team members.
You will have the opportunity to build relations and trust within the team.
Responsibilities
- Source screen recruit headhunt & interview candidates
- Post job ads organize resumes and job applications
- Schedule interviews and assist in the interview process
- Onboard new team members
- Manage social insurance filing
- Create job vacancies and manage hiring needs
- Handle internal announcements & communications (Celebrations Birthdays Meetup etc)
- Organize training teambuilding events and activities for the team
- Sources vendors
- Manage the companys medical insurance plan
- Handle phone inquiries
- Manage office supplies
- Manage company expenses using online software tools
Requirements
Skills:
- Experience: 0 2 years
- BS/MS degree in HR Business Administration Business informatics Management or relevant field.
- An ability to go out of the way to satisfy team members needs
- Must be honest positive and adaptable
