AGF Talent on behalf of a top tier federal contracting organization is seeking a parttime Proposal and Capture Specialist.

About The Role
The Proposal and Capture Specialist identifies and pursues business opportunities in federal state NGO and international markets.
This parttime hybrid role requires two days onsite and three remote with a pay rate of $20 $25/hour.
The ideal candidate excels in research communication and proposal management while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Research Opportunities: Conduct and qualify research to identify federal state NGO and international opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain centralized pipelines aligning them with company and client goals. Provide updates on trends and pipeline status.
Capture Management: Evaluate opportunities for strategic fit and coordinate with team members clients and partners to support capture activities.
Proposal Coordination: Assist in preparing compliant highquality proposals and managing schedules to ensure timely submissions.
Client Support: Offer research and pipeline development assistance to small business clients providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Process Improvement: Contribute to workflow documentation and the development of tools and systems for efficient proposal and pipeline management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Communications or a related field.
Proven experience in research pipeline development or proposal coordination.
Strong organizational skills with a detailoriented mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with solicitation platforms such as SAM.gov and state procurement portals.
Availability to work onsite in an office two days per week and remotely for three days.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with federal or international contracting.
Knowledge of economic development and sustainability sectors.
Familiarity with CRM and proposal management tools.
