Our client is a company specialized in the fashion industry who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and seek potential new clients in the highend corporate uniform sector.
Maintain existing business relationships while establishing new ones with potential corporate clients.
Prepare quotes and proposals based on approved pricing as per customer requests.
Draft contracts after preliminary customer agreement and carry out necessary processes between the customer and the company for signing.
Directly implement and oversee contract execution addressing any arising issues.
Receive and handle customer complaints related to orders.
Collaborate with the Production/Technical department to ensure order quality.
Have a thorough understanding of the companys products and research competitors offerings.
Propose new strategies and plans to enhance work efficiency and drive business growth.
Carry out assigned tasks according to the department heads plan.
Report monthly to the Head of the Uniform Department on the status of responsibilities and work plans.
Other work as assigned by the Head of the Uniform Department and Management Board.
Requirements
Graduated from college or higher in Garment Fashion Business Commerce or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in the garment industry uniform tailoring or fashion sales preferably in largescale companies specializing in highend garments and uniforms.
Proficient in office software: Word Excel etc.
Good communication skills no regional accents flexible and responsive in handling situations.
Eager to learn creative and able to work under high pressure.
