This is a remote position.
Title: Digital Marketing SpecialistWork Setup: Work From Home
Salary: Php 70000 Php 90000
Schedule: Monday Friday 4:00pm to 1:00am PHT Full time

Founded in 2010 in the historic royal town of Windsor they are proud to be the only brewery to hold a royal warrant as beer maker to the late Queen Elizabeth II. With over 100 major awards and a thriving team of 70 our client is committed to creating exceptional products and experiences for our customers.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist reporting directly to the Managing Director you will lead the charge in increasing awareness engagement and advocacy for the client across all customer segments. Your efforts will directly impact sales and brand recognition making you a key player in our team. Youll work on a diverse range of digital marketing activities from social media management to SEO email campaigns and ecommerce growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Specialist:
Social Media Management
o Develop and execute strategies for platforms such as Facebook Instagram and TikTok.
o Create and manage engaging content (images videos captions).
o Collaborate with retail managers for community engagement.
Content Creation
o Plan and produce compelling visual and written content.
o Utilize tools like Canva or Adobe for a consistent visual identity.
Email Marketing
o Manage customer and stakeholder email lists.
o Design and distribute newsletters and promotional emails.
SEO and Website Management
o Optimize the website for local search and emerging AI tools.
o Regularly update content to improve SEO rankings.
o Track website performance via Google Analytics.
Paid Advertising
o Create and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads Facebook and Instagram.
o Measure and optimize campaign ROI.
Event Promotion
o Drive attendance for tastings tours and festivals via online channels.
o Explore collaborations with influencers and local businesses.
Brand Building
o Ensure consistent tone and branding across all platforms.
o Highlight the brewerys unique ethos of "Beers with Stories to Tell."
Analytics and Reporting
o Track and analyze campaign performance.
o Refine strategies using datadriven insights.
ECommerce Growth
o Oversee the brewerys online store driving sales and enhancing UX.
o Manage product offerings and implement innovative campaigns.
o Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless logistics.
Qualifications as a Digital Marketing Specialist:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
Highly motivated selfstarter taking responsibility and ownership of key areas of delivery.
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics Canva Mailchimp and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem solver with an analytical mindset for tracking and optimizing campaigns.
Flexible and committed with a cando approach.
Team player.
Engaged and interested in beer in order to engage authentically for our customers and demonstrate knowledge of the craft beer industry.
