Job Role:
As a Low Voltage Technician with DRIG you will be responsible for installing troubleshooting and repairing aftermarket electronic systems such as GPS trackers and cameras in fleet vehicles (Cars trucks heavy machinery). This is 1099 contract work and requires professionalism quality and consistency on every job. You will be traveling to different job locations providing a strong commitment to technical precision and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure a range of aftermarket electronics including GPS trackers cameras remote starts etc.
- Complete projects ensuring customer satisfaction and a smooth process from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate records of completed installations ensuring each job meets DRIG s quality standards and customer requirements.
- Work with DRIG s Quality Control (QC) team during the first 30 days to ensure alignment with DRIG standards and to receive guidance on complex jobs.
- Communicate effectively with customers providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience on every job.
- Use DRIG s intuitive management system to review job details and manage jobrelated documentation.
- Travel locally or out of area as required with all longdistance travel arrangements made by DRIG s travel department.

- Maximize Efficiency and Productivity: Consistently complete scheduled jobs within allotted timeframes optimizing travel and work schedules to meet or exceed expected earnings.

- Uphold Compliance and Standards: Adhere to all customer and DRIG safety quality and compliance standards ensuring projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience with aftermarket electronics installations (GPS trackers cameras remote starts alarms audio/video etc.) in vehicles.
- Reliable vehicle and 12volt tools.
- Excellent customer service skills.
