Il nostro Cliente multinazionale leader nello sviluppo e gestione di progetti immobiliari logistici e industriali con un organico di 400 professionisti che operano in 20 paesi europei sta cercando per la societa italiana del Gruppo in rapida espansione il seguente profilo:
Buyer / Procurement Specialist
/Sede lavorativa: Milano/
ITA/PRSP/2412
Il Candidato prescelto avra un ruolo chiave nel guidare il ciclo di vita degli acquisti dalla selezione dei fornitori alla negoziazione strategica con i service providers al fine di realizzare accordi vantaggiosi ridurre i costi ottimizzare il budget in linea con la strategia del Gruppo e con gli obiettivi operativi ed economici aziendali.
Il Buyer/Procurement Specialist ricevera costante formazione interna operera nella Divisione Acquisti e riporter al Procurement Manager.
Responsabilita :
- Formulare strategie e metodologie innovative ed efficaci di acquisto beni & servizi;
- Identificare valutare e integrare fornitori e service providers;
- Sfruttare le proprie abilit di negoziazione per ottenere accordi vantaggiosi;
- Realizzare e gestire di contratti & tender di approvvigionamento;
- Valutare e monitorare costantemente fattibilita /livelli di rischio per contratti esistenti e potenziali nuovi accordi;
- Coltivare e mantenere partnership a lungo termine con un network di fornitori di fiducia;
- Autorizzare le richieste di acquisto con attenzione alle scadenze e garantendo consegne e realizzazione di servizi tempestivi;
- Partecipare alla gestione del budget di approvvigionamento promuovendo policy di cost control e strategie a lungo termine sugli acquisti.
Requisiti:
- Da 1 a 3 anni di esperienza in un ruolo operativo in area Acquisti / Buyer / Procurement / Purchasing nel settore costruzioni;
- Formazione accademica di tipo tecnico in Ingegneria Civile Scienze delle Costruzioni e simili;
- Capacit eccellentii di negoziazione & networking;
- Competenze nella preparazione di contratti tender condizioni di servizio e accordi di settore;
- Competenze informatiche: MS Office Autocad;
- Accuratezza e attenzione ai dettagli capacit analitiche e di problem solving;
- Inglese intermedio o fluente.

Buyer / Procurement Specialist

The selected candidate will play a key role in managing the procurement lifecycle from supplier selection to strategic negotiation with service providers in order to secure profitable agreements reduce costs optimize the budget in line with the Group strategy and the companys operational and financial objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate innovative & effective strategies and methodologies for the procurement of goods & services;
- Identify evaluate and integrate suppliers and service providers;
- Leverage negotiation skills to reach the most advantageous agreements;
- Create and manage procurement contracts & tenders;
- Constantly evaluate and monitor feasibility/risk levels for existing contracts and potential new contracts;
- Nurture and maintain longterm partnerships with a network of trusted suppliers;
- Authorize purchase requests with attention to deadlines and ensuring timely deliveries and service execution;
- Participate in managing the procurement budget promoting cost control policies and longterm purchasing strategies.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an operational role in Purchasing / Buyer / Procurement area in the construction sector;
- Technical academic background in Civil Engineering Construction Sciences and similar;
- Excellent negotiation & networking skills;
- Competence in preparing contracts tenders service terms and industry agreements;
- Computer skills: MS Office Autocad;
- Accuracy and attention to detail analytical and problemsolving skills;
- Intermediate or fluent English.
