Job Description
- Design and implement highperformance data pipelines using Scala and Spark.
- Optimize and maintain the Core Data Platform on Azure and Databricks.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver data solutions.
- Ensure data quality reliability and security of the data platform.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions.
- Drive datadriven decision making across the organization.
- Distinguish between main and secondary issues and make connections.
- 3 years proficiency in Scala programming.
- Experience with Apache Spark.
- Expertise in building data pipelines.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
- Knowledge of Kafka or Azure Event Hubs.
- DevOps and CI/CD experience.
- Ability to approach problems as challenges and find solutions quickly.
- Initiative to make improvements.
- Work in a rapidly changing environment (at least 1 day per week in the office).
- Enjoy development work as well as have a keen eye for maintenance/DevOps work.
- Be a selfstarter able to work from user stories.
- Demonstrate strong teamplayer skills.

As a Scala Developer, you will: Design and implement high-performance data pipelines using Scala and Spark. Optimize and maintain the Core Data Platform on Azure and Databricks.
