Job Summary:
Are you a proactive resultsdriven Marketing Manager with a passion for digital innovation We re looking for someone with a strong foundation in brand and product development to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth across multiple channels.
As our Marketing Manager you ll be at the forefront of our brands expansion working closely with the Director of Brand Growth and Marketing to design and implement systems supporting our marketing and private label operations. Operating within the Central time zone this role may involve occasional travel to meet with partners attend industry events or visit our corporate headquarters in Minneapolis.
What You ll Do:
Shape and Scale Our Brand: Elevate our presence across key platforms from Amazon and Google Marketing Services to social media ensuring our brands stand out and succeed.
Build a Talented Team: Begin handson with a strategic vision to develop a team of digital marketing analysts copywriters creative minds and category managers.
Drive Results for Our Brands and Partners: Manage a diverse project queue of marketing services that amplifies the strategies of our own brands and those of our valued partners.
Collaborate with the Director of Brand Growth and Marketing to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that increase our brands presence and market share including the creation of a new brand identity.
Lead the endtoend process of creating testing and launching new products on Amazon. This includes competitor/market analysis sourcing logistics management and product lifecycle management.
Establish a robust product development process that can be scaled and delegated as the division grows.
Develop and manage the creation of a new company website ensuring it aligns with our new brand identity and serves as an effective marketing and communication tool.
Lay the groundwork for future team expansion establishing systems and processes to support the marketing and private label departments.
Manage the daytoday operations of various marketing initiatives including content development SEO strategy digital advertising and promotional activities across internal and external marketing channels.
Oversee a project queue of marketing services on behalf of our partner brands coordinating timelines resources and expectations to ensure successful execution and optimization.
Continually evaluate the performance of all marketing campaigns and product launches making datadriven decisions to optimize results and adjust strategy as needed.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities leveraging insights to inform our strategic planning and execution.
Develop and manage a budget that aligns with the companys marketing sales and product development goals and ensures resources are allocated effectively.
Set performance objectives for the team and monitor progress providing guidance and feedback to foster professional development and high performance.
Engage in regular communication and collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure brand consistency and alignment of strategies.
Foster an innovative environment that encourages new ideas and tactics to drive growth brand awareness and product success.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field. A Masters degree would be advantageous.
Proven experience in Marketing Management or a similar role ideally within the context of brand and product development.
Proven knowledge and expertise in online marketing platforms with a strong emphasis on internal channels such as Amazon Marketing Services as well as external channels including but not limited to Google Marketing Services Walmart Shopify social media email campaigns and other ecommerce platforms.
Experience in product creation on Amazon from competitor/market analysis and sourcing to logistics management and product lifecycle management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lay groundwork for team expansion and manage a diverse team of digital marketing analysts copywriters and creative staff.
Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies as well as manage project queues on behalf of partner brands.
Experience in creating and developing a new brand identity and managing the creation of a company website.
Exceptional analytical abilities with a datadriven approach to problem solving and strategy development.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal departments external partners and team members.
A handson entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to devise and implement effective systems and processes.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Bachelor s Degree (Required) - In Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master s Degree (Preferred) - In Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline.
