Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team at Future Lending LLC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales a deep understanding of financial products and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. As a Salesperson you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities managing client accounts and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling networking and referrals.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Market Research: Stay uptodate with industry trends market conditions and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferably in the financial services industry.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field is preferred.
