Job Purpose
Cluster Marketing Executive creates and carries through promotional initiatives and also organises and coordinates any major events (opening launch of new servicesetc) for the hotel and its various profit centres (the restaurant bar spa conference centre etc.) meanwhile ensuring that all communication and marketing activities are consistent with the brands guidelines and positioning.

Primary Responsibilities
- To define the marketing and communications plan for the hotel and its different profit centres at place area country and international levels as well as B2B and B2C.
- To implement actions contained in the marketing and communications plans and produce and/or supervise the production of any marketing and communications material.
- To increase the hotels exposure in external communications networks and build up a good working relationship with the press and local media.
- To set up a sponsoring and local partnerships policy.
- To optimise and promote the Le Club Accorhotels loyalty programme.
- To work closely and update Ecommerce of all communication actions
- PR activities for the hotel
- Internal communication: provide guidelines for the staff when launching new brand concepts or partnership
- Represent the hotel in the media and other relevant occasions
- Partner with the Food & Beverage teams for hotel promotions and provide reports on the activities
- Work closely with HR to develop and support internal communication
- Online and print collateral management.
- Responsible of the marketing collaterals from creation to promotion (press releases hotel factsheet advertisements and publicity materials restaurant menus)
Qualifications :
Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma or Degree specializing in Photography with at least 23 years relevant working experience
