Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination: Work directly with clients to understand their event needs and provide customized solutions.
Event Planning & Logistics: Coordinate event details including room setups catering and technical requirements ensuring smooth event execution.
OnSite Management: Supervise events on the day ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any lastminute adjustments.
Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients and ensure an exceptional service experience.
Sales & Revenue: Upsell additional event services and manage event budgets to ensure profitability.
Qualifications :
Experience: Previous experience in event coordination hospitality or a similar role is a plus.
Skills: Strong organizational communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
