Position Title: Technical Lead Developer
Location: Hyderabad India
Employment Type: FullTime
Experience Level: 5 years in software development with 1 years in AI/ML
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead Developer based in Hyderabad India with expertise in Full Stack Development
Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development:
- Develop test and maintain responsive web applications and APIs using modern frameworks (e.g. React Angular Node.js).
- Design and optimize backend systems and microservices architecture.
- Integrate AI/ML models with frontend applications for seamless user experiences.
- Client Solutions Delivery:
- Act as the primary technical contact for client engagements understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver highquality AIdriven applications tailored to their specific needs.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Conduct client workshops and training sessions to demonstrate solutions and gather feedback.
- Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews establish development standards and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and data engineers.
- DevOps and Cloud:
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (Azure AWS or Google Cloud).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless development and deployment workflows.
- Monitor application performance and implement solutions for optimization and scaling.
Qualifications and Skills
- Technical Expertise:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong programming skills in Python JavaScript (Node.js) Java or similar languages.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies like React.js Angular or Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of database management (SQL NoSQL).
- Leadership:
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
- Strong project management and teamwork skills.
