Location : Pune Bengaluru

Qualification/Experience
-
BE/B.Tech/MCA
-
Min 8 10 years years of experience in web application development/support with primary focus on .Net or C# SQL Server and other Microsoft technologies. Should be proficient in these technologies.

Minimum 5 Years experience working in RPA technologies such as Automation Anywhere Blue prism Power Apps UiPath or AssistEdge
-
Shape the engagement design principles Manage and prioritize demand.

Interaction with sponsor and business day to day management of the team and delivery
-
Project Management support bringing in knowledge to adhere to defined project process.
-
Work with Business Users Technical team and business Analyst to qualify and propose solutions for process improvements (Eg : Workflow Automation RPA RPA Action Flows User and associate Training etc.)
-
Help team to achieve minimum viable products to be released as per effort estimations and adhering to timelines.
-
Quantify Business Impact and build business cases and ROI calculations leveraging industry standards and frameworks.
-
Create reports using standard metrics to measure and capture value delivered through automations.

Mentor and create team of strong developers who can perform individually.

Responsibilities / Mandatory
-
Should have handled at least 6 full cycle projects starting from requirements analysis to production deployment and ongoing support.

Must have a prior experience in above mentioned technology stream with architecture design and designing High level and Low level designs
-
Perform feasibility analysis and provide go or no for automations in time working with Business analysts
-
Perform Estimations using Jira stories or Work break down structures or any other way to clearly define timelines per module

Lead and manage end to end SDLC for Bot development .

Ability to lead complex projects involving multi delivery tracks with complete ownership.

Good project management skills able to plan and execute projects manage requirements and risks appropriately.

Proven experience in working with client teams (Business & IT)

Should have excellent communication (written / oral) and presentation skills.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Working or hands on experience in RPA implementation (min 4 Year)

Min 5 years working/ hands on experience in Blue Prism power appsAutomation Anywhere/UI path

Solutions Architect level Certification or similar such A360 Masters/Blue prism Architect/Power Platform certification.
-
Has handled production support projects with a strong focus support SLAs.
-
Has been part of product implementation which requires understanding client requirements performing fitgap analysis and executing the project successfully by a combination of configuration of base features customization and new development.
-
Has been part of core teams that have implemented projects in the any of the following domains Business Process Management Finance & Accounting ITIL framework Customer Service Management.
