Job Description
- Bachelors in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing or related field.
- 5 years in QC or packaging (glass manufacturing/beverage industry preferred).
- Expertise in QC processes packaging techniques and standards.
- Experience in data analysis/reporting; SPC Green/Black Belt preferred.
- Strong QC and packaging knowledge.
- Proficient in quality software and MS Office.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and organizational skills.
- Detailoriented adaptable and team player with strong communication skills.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Inspect glass containers during production to identify and address defects.
- Conduct testing of raw materials inprocess and finished products.
- Implement quality protocols perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Train staff on QC procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee labeling handling and palletizing of glass containers.
- Ensure packaging materials meet quality standards and manage inventory efficiently.
- Improve packaging workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain and calibrate packaging equipment for optimal performance.
- Prepare and maintain reports on production quality and packaging metrics.
- Coordinate with production logistics and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in audits and contribute to process improvements and cost reduction.
