Job Desccription:
- Masters Degree in Finance / banking preferably MBA
- 10 years of Management or Technology Consulting or equivalent banking industry experience in a reputed institution in the areas of digital transformation commercial lending and nCino implementation
- Hands on experience of leading and managing Business Analysis/ Requirement Management tracks for large banking (retail/corporate) projects
- Track record of consulting project delivery including managing business analyst teams producing requirement deliverables managing projects within timelines and budgets and interfacing with client executives
- Proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments.
- Excellent client presence and proven client relationship building capability; willing to provide senior / top level client references
- Powerful verbal / written / communication / networking skills
- Experience in motivating and leading multicultural cross functional teams
- Experience in managing and leading teams
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
- Familiar with offshore delivery model
- Should have good understanding of commercial lending concepts
- Should hold expert level knowledge on nCino platform workflows customizations flows configurations etc.
- Should have good client handling skills
