Job Description
OrangePeople seeks a skilled and innovative Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will develop implement and maintain custom applications and solutions using Microsofts Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and Power Virtual Agents). You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to automate processes enhance business operations and drive organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Solutions:
- Design develop and deploy custom applications using Power Apps.
- Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate (Flow).
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Develop chatbots and other AIdriven solutions using Power Virtual Agents.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and data sources.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Power Platform solutions.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality performance and security.
- Implement best practices for Power Platform development including version control and code reviews.
- Training and Documentation:
- Created and maintained comprehensive documentation for developed solutions including user guides and technical manuals.
- Train endusers and support deployed solutions to ensure effective adoption and usage.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- Proven experience (3 years) in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and Power Virtual Agents.
- Experience in integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft services such as Azure Dynamics 365 and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with data modeling SQL and APIs.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications:
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g. PL900 PL100 PL200) are a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the automotive industry or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with principles or similar lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and participate in teambuilding efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OPWiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
