Job Summary:
1. Graphic Designer role in the marketing team.
2. Creating engaging visual content with strong understanding of usercentered design principles.
3. Collaborate across departments to create designs for digital marketing and customerfacing interfaces.
4. Design visuals for social media digital ads email campaigns and the website.
5. Create branded materials like brochures flyers posters and other print collateral.
6. Enhance and edit video content for social media platforms.
7. Design userfriendly interfaces for website and patient portals.
8. Create wireframes prototypes and user flows to enhance customer experience.
9. Conduct user research and testing and analyze user behavior and feedback to improve UX.
10. Work closely with marketing development and content teams.
11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high level of quality.
12. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and UI/UX design tools.
13. Experience in creating wireframes user flows and prototypes.
14. Understanding of responsive design and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
15. Ability to translate user research findings into design improvements.
16. Strong attention to detail problemsolving skills and excellent time management.
17. Experience in the healthcare beauty or wellness industry is preferred.
18. Familiarity with web analytics tools and basic knowledge of frontend development is a plus.
