Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a highly motivated and analytical TMT Investment Banking Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets with a focus on the Technology Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. As an Analyst you will support senior bankers in executing financial transactions conducting financial modeling preparing presentations and supporting client relationships. This position provides an excellent opportunity for career growth within the investment banking sector especially in the fastpaced TMT industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and build complex financial models to assess M&A transactions capital raising and other financial activities within the TMT sector.

Prepare pitch materials presentations and reports for clients and senior bankers.

Assist in the due diligence process and manage the flow of information between clients and internal teams.

Monitor market trends economic factors and the competitive landscape to provide strategic insights.

Collaborate with senior bankers in client meetings and contribute to discussions on transaction structures and strategies.

Work on transaction documentation including term sheets confidential information memorandums (CIMs) and management presentations.
Education:

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field.

Relevant certifications (e.g. CFA) or advanced studies (e.g. MBA) are a plus.
Experience:

24 years of relevant experience in investment banking or a related financial services industry with a strong focus on the TMT sector.

Proven experience with financial modeling valuation techniques and corporate finance principles.

Solid understanding of the TMT sector including key drivers and market trends.
