Augmentjobs is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Summer DCM (Debt Capital Markets) Associate to join our dynamic team. This position offers an opportunity to gain handson experience in structuring analyzing and executing debt transactions within a fastpaced environment. The Summer DCM Associate will collaborate closely with senior team members and clients to support capital raising initiatives and contribute to impactful financial strategies.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of pitch books and marketing materials for debt offerings.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in debt markets.

Support the execution of bond and loan transactions including documentation and client communications.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions.

Monitor market developments and communicate their implications to clients and team members.
Education:
-
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field (required).

Enrolled in or recent graduate from an MBA program with a focus on Finance or Capital Markets (preferred).
Experience Level:
-
13 years of relevant experience in financial services investment banking or capital markets is desirable.
Salary Range:
$65000 $85000 (prorated for the summer internship).
