This role involves structuring and executing debtrelated financial transactions managing client relationships and providing strategic market insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fixedincome markets exceptional analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support the delivery of tailored financing solutions for our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:

Structuring and executing debt capital market transactions including bonds loans and securitizations.

Conducting indepth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand their financing needs.

Preparing and presenting comprehensive financial models and pitch materials.

Monitoring and evaluating deal performance postexecution.
