Job Description:
As a Summer ECM (Equity Capital Markets) Associate at Augmentjobs you will gain exposure to various aspects of ECM transactions including initial public offerings (IPOs) followon offerings and private placements. You will support senior bankers and work with clients to assess financial performance and structure equity transactions. This internship will provide an excellent opportunity to build your skills in financial modeling client communication and capital market analysis. The role is designed for individuals with a strong interest in investment banking and capital markets and it offers handson experience in a fastpaced highimpact environment.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of pitch materials and presentations for clients.

Support in conducting market and financial analysis to guide capital raising strategies.

Help prepare financial models and transaction documents.

Conduct industry research to assist with equity offerings and strategies.

Coordinate due diligence processes and client interactions.

Provide analytical and administrative support to senior bankers in deal execution.
Education:
-
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field.

Strong academic background with a focus on financial markets and corporate finance.
Experience:
-
Previous internship experience in finance banking or capital markets preferred but not required.

Experience with financial modeling Excel and presentation tools such as PowerPoint is a plus.
Salary Range:
$50000 to $70000 annually (Prorated for summer internship)
