Are you a native Spanish speaker with fluent English skills
Do you have a knack for sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences If youre a proactive motivated and dynamic individual who loves connecting with people and helping them succeed you might be the perfect fit for our team!

Your Mission: Help us conquer the Spanish market by selling Shyfters amazing HR solutions and guiding our new Spanish clients to success! Youll be our goto person for sales and customer experience ensuring every client feels valued and supported.

Tasks

Sales (70%):

  • Prospect Like a Pro: Identify and reach out to potential clients in the Spanish market.
  • Pitch Perfect: Present and demo our product with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Quick Thinker: Quickly understand clients needs and show them how Shyfter can be their ultimate HR solution.
  • Seal the Deal: Negotiate terms and close deals with confidence.

But also (30%):

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and success.
  • Be proactive in addressing issues before they become problems.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell additional services.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker with fluent English communication skills.
  • Sales experience with a proven track record in prospecting and closing deals (experience in a startup is a plus!).
  • Customer experience skills with a knack for guiding clients and providing support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
