Augmentjobs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generalist Senior Associate for our Investment Banking division. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in investment banking with a focus on executing complex transactions across various sectors. As a Senior Associate you will work closely with senior bankers clients and other stakeholders to deliver strategic advisory and financial solutions.
In this role you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis developing models preparing presentations and executing deals. You will be expected to manage a team of associates and analysts while providing valuable insights and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute complex financial transactions including mergers acquisitions and capital raising.

Lead financial analysis valuation modeling and the preparation of client presentations and reports.

Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to develop strategic advisory solutions.

Mentor and supervise junior team members providing guidance and training.

Assist in business development activities and maintain client relationships.

Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the firm.
Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking with a proven track record of executing transactions.

Experience working across various sectors including M&A debt and equity financing.

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
