Job Description: Risk Consulting Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and highly analytical Risk Consulting Associate to join our consulting team. In this role you will work closely with clients to assess mitigate and manage risks across various business domains including operational financial regulatory and strategic risks. You will support the development of risk management frameworks perform detailed risk assessments and contribute to delivering comprehensive risk mitigation strategies to help organizations navigate complex challenges and maintain operational resilience.

• Collaborate with clients to identify and assess a wide range of risks including operational financial compliance and strategic risks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and policies to mitigate identified risks.
• Provide analytical support for risk evaluations developing risk models scenario analysis and forecasting tools to assess risk exposure and impact.

• Help clients design and implement risk mitigation strategies including process controls compliance procedures and operational enhancements.
• Support the development of contingency plans and response strategies to address identified risks.
• Assist in the creation of risk appetite statements and risk tolerance thresholds to guide decisionmaking.

• Assist clients in maintaining regulatory compliance by evaluating adherence to relevant laws standards and industry regulations.
• Support the preparation and review of compliance reports and documentation for regulatory bodies including those related to financial regulations data privacy and industryspecific standards.
• Stay updated on changes in the regulatory environment and advise clients on necessary adjustments to their risk management strategies.

• Help create risk reports dashboards and presentations to communicate findings recommendations and progress to clients and senior management.
• Present complex risk data in a clear concise and actionable format to clients making recommendations for mitigating and managing key risks.
• Assist in tracking and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented risk mitigation strategies and make recommendations for improvements.

• Conduct research on industry trends risk management best practices and emerging risks in the market.
• Benchmark clients risk management practices against industry standards and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide insights into emerging technologies tools and methodologies for managing and mitigating risks.

• Collaborate with senior consultants and clients to ensure alignment of risk management strategies with overall business goals.
• Manage components of risk consulting projects ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the required quality.
• Provide support for senior team members in client engagements from data gathering to the execution of solutions.

• Bachelors degree in Risk Management Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with a focus on risk management compliance or business strategy.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in Excel financial modeling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks including COSO ISO 31000 and industryspecific standards.
• Ability to gather analyze and synthesize complex data providing actionable insights for clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex risk findings in a clear and understandable manner.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. SOX GDPR Basel III) is a plus.
