Job Description: Summer Human Capital Consulting Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Summer Human Capital Consulting Analyst to join our consulting team for a 10 12 week internship program. This is a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in human capital consulting where you will assist in projects that focus on talent management organizational development employee engagement and HR strategy. You will collaborate with senior consultants analyze client data and contribute to the development of actionable insights to help organizations optimize their workforce and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Management and Analysis:
  • Conduct research and analyze client data related to talent acquisition employee engagement and retention.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve performance management and enhance employee experience.
  • Help assess clients organizational structures and recommend improvements to align talent with business goals.
Organizational Development and Strategy:
  • Support the design and implementation of workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategies for leadership development succession planning and employee training programs.
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide insights into employee productivity satisfaction and overall organizational effectiveness.
HR Transformation and Technology:
  • Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of HR technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting using HR systems (e.g. Workday SuccessFactors) to track key metrics and drive strategic decisionmaking.
  • Support clients in optimizing their HR systems and tools to better manage their human capital.
Client Engagement and Reporting:
  • Help prepare client presentations reports and strategic recommendations related to human capital initiatives.
  • Participate in client meetings assisting in the presentation of findings and supporting discussions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure client deliverables are met on time and meet highquality standards.
Research and Benchmarking:
  • Conduct industry research on human capital trends HR best practices and workforce development.
  • Benchmark client strategies against industry standards and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.
  • Stay informed on emerging HR technologies and industry trends to provide fresh perspectives to clients.
Qualifications: Educational Background:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Behavior Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance with demonstrated interest in human capital management HR strategy or organizational development.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
