Job Description: Senior Technology Consulting Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Technology Consulting Analyst to join our consulting team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in delivering technologydriven solutions that address complex business challenges. You will lead key components of client engagements conduct indepth analysis and develop actionable recommendations to drive technological transformation and operational excellence across diverse industries.
- Evaluate clients technology ecosystems identifying strengths weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with clients business goals and industry best practices.
- Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance clients operational capabilities.
- Conduct indepth data analysis to diagnose problems and uncover insights that inform technology strategies.
- Develop models dashboards and frameworks to evaluate the impact of technology solutions on business performance.
- Design innovative scalable solutions to address clientspecific challenges.
- Lead workstreams within larger consulting engagements ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align efforts and resolve project risks or challenges.
- Track project milestones and provide updates to senior leaders and clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support the implementation of recommended technology solutions.
- Assist in integration migration and deployment activities ensuring seamless execution.
- Provide guidance on change management and user adoption strategies to maximize solution effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering strategic insights and technology expertise.
- Prepare and deliver presentations reports and actionable recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and longterm engagement.
- Work closely with senior consultants and project managers to achieve client objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts providing feedback and fostering professional growth.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field (required).
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or certifications (e.g. AWS Microsoft ITIL) is preferred but not required.
- 4 6 years of experience in technology consulting IT strategy or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in technology assessments solution design and project execution.
- Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel SQL Python or R.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology platforms (e.g. SAP Salesforce AWS Azure) and emerging technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and project management software is an advantage.
- Proactive and resultsoriented with a strong focus on client success and project excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
