Job Description: Summer Strategy Consulting Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Summer Strategy Consulting Analyst to join our consulting team for a 10 12 week internship program. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain handson experience in strategy consulting working with clients across a range of industries to address complex business challenges and develop actionable solutions. As a Summer Analyst you will collaborate with experienced consultants contribute to live projects and build foundational skills for a career in consulting.
- Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends competitive landscapes and client challenges.
- Analyze data to identify patterns trends and opportunities that inform strategic recommendations.
- Develop financial models and operational frameworks to evaluate business scenarios and assess performance.
- Work with project teams to identify client challenges define objectives and develop innovative solutions.
- Synthesize research and analysis into clear concise presentations and reports.
- Assist in crafting strategic recommendations and implementation plans tailored to client needs.
- Support the preparation of client deliverables including presentations reports and progress updates.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of highquality work.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops contributing insights and ideas to drive project success.
- Work closely with senior consultants and managers on live engagements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and team discussions to develop creative solutions.
- Learn consulting methodologies and tools to build skills for future roles.
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance Engineering or a related field.
- Strong academic performance with demonstrated interest in consulting strategy or problemsolving roles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) or research platforms (e.g. Bloomberg FactSet) is a plus.
- Selfstarter with a proactive approach to learning and problemsolving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.
- Passion for strategy consulting and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a dynamic and evolving environment.
