Job Description
Job Title: Tech Lead Power Automate
Location: Bangalore pune
Job Type: Fulltime
Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced technical lead with expertise in Power Automate to
join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers in
the creation and implementation of automated workflows to streamline business processes and
increase productivity. Knowledge in other RPA technologies like AA UiPath etc will be an added
advantage.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers in designing building and deploying automated workflows using
Power Automate
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes
Develop and implement best practices for Power Automate solutions with a focus on scalability
reliability and security.
Work closely with the RPA COE to ensure compliance with best practices standards and
guidelines
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Monitor and optimize automated workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project
delivery.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the RPA space and implement best
practices in RPA development.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge in RPA
technologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Power Automate
Proven experience leading a team of developers in the implementation of automated workflows
Strong knowledge of Power Automate functionality and best practices
Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power BI) is a plus
RPA certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform AA Advanced RPA Developer UiPath
Advanced Developer or equivalent are a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
