Job Description
Mount Carmel is in need of an Epilepsy Neurologist for upcoming coverage. Will be covering call at all 3 sites: Mount Carmel East Mt Carmel St. Anns and Mount Carmel Grove City. No daytime outpatient clinic. Must physically see all inpatients at all 3 sites all days including weekends plus night call.
Dates needed for coverage 7a7a (Credentialing takes a min of 120 days)

- What Percent of the Practice is Outpatient: This would be outpatient EEG review
- What Percent of the Practice is Inpatient: 95%

Requirement description : ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT THE TIME OF NAME CLEAR
- Epilepsy Board Certified or trained REQUIRED no exceptions
- Provide exact availability for dates listed in job REQUIRED (credentialing is 120 days)
- Covid Vaccinated REQUIRED
- OH License REQUIRED no exceptions (not accepting IMLC)
- BLS REQUIRED
- Local/drive in candidates Preferred
- Clean background no malpractice REQUIRED for all MC needs no exceptions
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Ohio
