Were seeking experienced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Fast Food or Fast Casual Managers to join a thriving franchise in Brooklyn NY. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate leaders who excel in teambuilding customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Lead train and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain high standards for food safety and sanitation.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors.
- Analyze financial metrics to boost profitability.
- Schedule staff to optimize service and labor efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Participate in local marketing and community engagement efforts.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and brand standards.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of management experience in QSR fast food or fast casual dining.
- Work History: Stable employment with no more than two employers in 5 years or three in 9 years (exceptions for closures or sales).
- Skills: Strong leadership organizational and teambuilding abilities.
- ProblemSolving: Effective communication and decisionmaking skills.
- Operations Expertise: Proficiency in managing inventory budgets and financial data.
- Mindset: Creative customerfocused and communitydriven.
