Position Overview:

The US Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy execution and growth for our organization within the United States market. This individual will oversee a team of sales professionals ensuring they meet revenue goals enhance customer relationships and increase market share across various sectors and territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives for the U.S. market.
    • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to drive business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with company goals.
  • Team Management & Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives and account managers providing guidance and support for skill development.
    • Set individual and team sales goals track performance and provide regular feedback.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings training and teambuilding activities to motivate and engage the sales team.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Oversee the negotiation and closing of large deals ensuring profitability and customer success.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

    • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs preparing regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
    • Provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance and improve processes.
    • Ensure accurate pipeline management and reporting through CRM systems.
  • Market Expansion:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including potential accounts and untapped markets.
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand the companys footprint in the U.S. market.
    • Analyze competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments:

    • Work closely with marketing product and customer service teams to ensure alignment in messaging promotional efforts and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide feedback to product development and marketing on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications:
  • Education:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in a B2B environment ideally in industry/type of products or services.
    • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Experience managing and leading a sales team to success.
    • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong leadership coaching and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Resultsoriented with the ability to adapt to a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel percentage within the U.S. to meet clients and attend events.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support customer needs and business goals.
