Responsibilities:
- Design code test debug and document new and existing software components to meet business quality and operational requirements.
- Write highquality code through unit testing and testdriven development practices.
- Lead and participate in code and document reviews providing mentorship to the team on best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including peer organizations and DevOps to resolve technical issues and offer guidance.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements providing accurate estimates.
- Evaluate and recommend tools technologies and processes to ensure optimal software quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot codelevel issues efficiently and effectively with the team.
- Use deep technical expertise to resolve complex programming and design challenges.
- Focus on ensuring the scalability security and availability of all applications and processes.
- Contribute to software design and architecture to ensure security scalability and maintainability.
- Participate in the development of the technical roadmap addressing technical debt while balancing time resources and quality constraints to meet business and strategic goals.
Required Skills:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- At least 8 years of development experience.
- Strong objectoriented design and implementation skills.
- Excellent debugging and problemsolving abilities.
- Extensive experience in Java and Node.js programming languages.
- Expertise in Microservices API development and RESTful services.
- Proficient in writing unit and integration tests to ensure quality deliverables.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Handson experience with AWS technologies.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
