Job Description

FIFO Belt Splicer $75$90 per Hour

Location: FIFO from Perth Western Australia
Rate: $75$90 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Roster: Ongoing maintenance work

About the Role

Are you an experienced Belt Splicer looking for your next FIFO opportunity We are currently seeking motivated and skilled professionals to join our team for exciting projects in the mining and resources sector across WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform belt splicing maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems.
  • Inspect and assess conveyor belts for wear damage or required upgrades.
  • Conduct hot and cold splicing with precision and efficiency.
  • Adhere to site safety and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime and high productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in belt splicing within mining or heavy industrial environments.
  • Relevant Belt Splicing Certification (Level 2 preferred).
  • Highrisk licenses (e.g. EWP Working at Heights) highly regarded.
  • Current White Card.
  • Ability to pass a preemployment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
