Job Brief:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of call center. This role ensures the smooth functioning of operations drives process improvements and leads a team leaders and agents to meet performance targets and plays a key role in finding the gap in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction quality and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the operations team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards.
- Identify the gap and resolve operational challenges ensuring the continuous improvement of processes.
- Oversee inventory control resource allocation and the maintenance of equipment.
- Customer relationship management.
Team Leadership:
- Lead mentor and develop a customer service.
- Set performance goals for the team conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations to improve service delivery.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance including metrics on productivity quality.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure the achievement of targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance crossfunctional operations.
- Lead or participate in projects focused on process optimization automation and cost savings.
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent command of spoken and written Hindi & English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel Word
- Detailoriented excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to evaluate and enhance operational procedures.
- Excellent people management and organizational skills.
