Job Description

Job Brief:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of call center. This role ensures the smooth functioning of operations drives process improvements and leads a team leaders and agents to meet performance targets and plays a key role in finding the gap in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction quality and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the operations team to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards.
  • Identify the gap and resolve operational challenges ensuring the continuous improvement of processes.
  • Oversee inventory control resource allocation and the maintenance of equipment.
  • Customer relationship management.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead mentor and develop a customer service.
  • Set performance goals for the team conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment promoting teamwork and accountability.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations to improve service delivery.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance including metrics on productivity quality.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure the achievement of targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance crossfunctional operations.
  • Lead or participate in projects focused on process optimization automation and cost savings.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Hindi & English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel Word
  • Detailoriented excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to evaluate and enhance operational procedures.
  • Excellent people management and organizational skills.

The Package :

  • Attractive Salary: Can earn up to RM5000.
  • Work permit organized and paid by the company.
  • 15 days Annual Leave.
  • 14 days Medical Leave.
