- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the operational strategy for the ESG product ensuring alignment with Azeus s overall business goals.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities drive gotomarket strategies and establish key partnerships to fuel business growth.
- Product Development: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define product requirements oversee development and ensure the product meets market needs.
- Operational Leadership: Build and lead a highperforming team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and operational excellence.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting financial planning and resource allocation to drive efficiency and meet financial objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs gather feedback and ensure the product delivers exceptional value.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with launching and scaling the product.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the product adheres to relevant regulations and standards particularly in the ESG domain.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the IT industry with a focus on operations product management or business development. Previous experience in startups or building new business units from scratch is essential.
- IT Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the IT sector with a deep understanding of software development market trends and technologydriven business models.
- ESG Knowledge: Understanding of ESG principles and market trends is preferred but not mandatory.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and lead highperforming teams in a fastpaced environment.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strategic thinker with a handson approach to execution.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial management including budgeting forecasting and P&L oversight.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. PMP certification mandatory. 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS, software, or IT in the Middle East region. Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud computing concepts. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Arabic. Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities. Willingness to travel within the GCC region. Prior experience in project management for international clients or within a multinational company. Knowledge of the local Saudi market and regulations, especially in sectors like finance, or government, is advantageous.
