Job Description
On behalf of one of its clients working in the luxury F&B sector the French Chamber of commerce is looking for an IT Executive (Applications) to join their dynamic team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization where you ll gain valuable experience working on strategic and operational initiatives. You ll collaborate with a passionate forwardthinking team guided by experienced industry leaders and have ample opportunities for career development while making a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT Support: Offer daily helpdesk support to endusers for applications such as ERP POS and the company website.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with Marketing Finance and Operations teams to perform updates to PointofSale (POS) master data and configurations.
- Document and Train: Assist in creating process flows test case scenarios and training guides for system users.
- Liaise with Headquarters IT: Coordinate with HQ IT teams on groupwide initiatives protocols and systems implementations.
- Store Opening Projects: Support and manage ITrelated tasks for store openings across multiple regions.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related studies with 1 to 3 or more years of working experience
- Must have working experience in at least one POS and/or ERP systems
- Must have good Excel formula skills basic SQL query skills
- Positive attitude with a teamplayer mindset with good communications and problemsolving skill
- Team player and be independent in executing workrelated jobs.
- Experience working in Retail and/or F&B industry will be an added advantage
- Occasional travelling might be required
