Job Description
Open Position: Customer Development & Management Specialist (Manufacturer Company)
An Global Manufacturer Company is currently hiring a Customer Development & Management Specialist to join them in the Penang office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds a Diploma/Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration Management or any related field.
- More than 3 years working experience in Key account management distributor management etc.
- Manage VMI/distributor sales by forecasting service provider needs ensuring timely deliveries and prioritizing their requirements when products are unavailable.
- Analyse service providers business objectively to develop collaborative strategies for growth.
- Regularly perform business evaluations and monitor sales activities new product launches customer service outstanding payments and claims.
- Visit assigned customers with the necessary frequency to establish relationships and conduct business reviews that improve future engagements.
- Collaborate with Customer Service & Logistics to improve the case fill rate during deliveries reduce pallet withholding and promote Good Warehouse Practices at the service providers site.
- Demonstrates good problem solving skills strong verbal and written communication skills
