Job Description
As a Customer Service Agent you ll be at the heart of this swim school s daily operations. You ll manage a diverse range of tasks from handling customer inquiries to optimizing class schedules. This role requires a proactive problemsolver who can navigate seasonal fluctuations and contribute to the school s growth strategy. You ll use cuttingedge tools like RingCentral and proprietary class management systems to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls texts and emails using RingCentral
- Manage class schedules including student transfers and creating space for new enrollments
- Proactively solve scheduling conflicts and optimize class availability
- Assist with waitlist management and class promotions
- Provide excellent customer service to both existing and potential customers
- Learn and utilize proprietary class management systems
- Support operational tasks to ensure smooth running of the swim school
- Making sales calls to leads with the goal of converting them to customers.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using communication tools like RingCentral
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems
- Customer service experience preferably in a scheduling or operations role
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule including potential weekend hours
