Role:
The resource will assist to expand Gentari s charge point network across India. This role is crucial for the development and execution of strategic partnerships finalizing strategic locations for installation of chargers and leading initiatives in the EV charging infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the EV market including regulatory environments and exhibit strong project management and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify strategic locations for installation of chargers and develop new business opportunities to expand the charge point network for EVs focusing on strategic locations and partnerships.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with property owners municipalities and business partners.
- Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure the deployment of charge points aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends competitor strategies and potential business impacts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers DISCOM government agencies policy makers and industry groups.
- Prepare and present business cases and project updates to senior management.
- Monitor the performance of installed charge points and lead initiatives for improvements and expansions based on datadriven insights.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and environmental laws pertaining to EV charging infrastructure.
- Participate in industry conferences workshops and public forums to enhance the company s visibility and network.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor s in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred)
- 58 years of experience in business development preferably in the EV or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the EV market dynamics and technical aspects of EV charging infrastructures.
- Excellent negotiation communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proven track record of developing and managing business partnerships and contracts.
Qualifications Bachelor s in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred) 5-8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the EV or related industry. Strong understanding of the EV market dynamics and technical aspects of EV charging infrastructures. Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of developing and managing business partnerships and contracts.
