Coders Connect is partnering with an innovative leader to revolutionize healthcare through digital transformation.
We are seeking a Lead Developer to join a dynamic team at a pioneering biopharmaceutical organization based in Lyon. This role offers a flexible work arrangement with two remote days and three onsite days per week. Proficiency in English is essential to collaborate effectively within a diverse global team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams ensuring best practices in design and implementation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define technical solutions that align with business goals.
- Oversee the architecture and development of scalable highperformance applications.
- Mentor team members to foster skill development and maintain highquality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in software delivery through Agile methodologies.
Technologies You ll Work With:
- Backend: GraphQL Node.js.
- Frontend: React.js.
- Cloud: AWS services such as Lambda S3 RDS and SNS.
