Job Description

We are an IT consulting and staff augmentation company embarking on a complete restructuring to streamline processes improve efficiency and support our growth. Our mission is to provide toptier IT solutions and staffing services while maintaining a resilient and adaptive organizational structure.

The People and Culture Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and initiatives across different jurisdictions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. The ideal candidate will be adapt and eager to learn about various legal frameworks and cultural nuances in different regions. Additionally this role involves active participation in initiatives designed for our consultants ensuring their professional development and alignment with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Operations:

Assist in the daytoday HR operations including recruitment onboarding offboarding employee relations payroll and performance management.

Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Support the recruitment process by posting job ads screening candidates and coordinating interviews.

Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Develop and implement onboarding programs tailored to different jurisdictions.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and employee engagement.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and

knowledge.

Develop training materials and resources tailored to different jurisdictions.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and company standards.

Ensure consistent application of HR policies across all jurisdictions.

Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and communicate updates to the HR team.

HR Projects and Initiatives:

Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support organizational goals and objectives.

Contribute to the development and execution of diversity equity and inclusion initiatives.

Consultant Initiatives:

Support the development and implementation of programs and initiatives specifically designed for our consultants.

Coordinate with TS and Sales teams to understand their needs and provide tailored HR support.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of consultantspecific initiatives and suggest improvements.

Ensure consultants are aligned with company culture and values through targeted engagement activities and professional development programs.





Requirements


Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Labour Relations Law or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role.

Strong knowledge of Spanish Labour Law. Knowledge of employment laws of multiple jurisdictions is a plus.

Experience working independently across the entire employee payroll cycle in Spain.

Experience in developing and implementing initiatives for employees.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and adaptable with a strong willingness to learn.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Fluent in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
