Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a fulltime Senior Data Administrator to join our Sydney team. Reporting to the CFO this role is responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of master data across the organization. You will play a key role in shaping the future of data management and supporting the company s datadriven decisionmaking across production logistics sales and customer service. You will actively contribute to a positive organizational culture and ensure you achieve the highest standards of performance and integrity; and foster genuine partnerships across all levels of the business to support the delivery of organizational outcomes.
- Identifying and cataloging existing data within the company from multiple systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Conducting data cleaning and implementing strategies to clean and correct data such as removing
duplicates correcting errors and standardizing formats.
- Investigating the root causes of data inconsistency and discussing with internal stakeholders.
- Working with each business area to ensure data quality standards are maintained across the company.
- Master data compliance and integrity across multiple systems.
- Monthly Master data audit.
- Helping resolves data quality problems process control & improvement.
- Utilizing expertise/knowledge to further enhance current systems processes and procedures.
Requirements
Skills/Requirements Needed:
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration Data Analytics Information Systems or a related field is
- preferred but not essential.
- 3 to 5 years experience in data administration data management or a similar role with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity. Proven track record of driving data management improvements and leading crossfunctional teams to implement change.
- Knowledge of information and data management concepts with experience in supporting implementation of Information Management and Data Management policies.
- SAP Business One (preferred) / Customer Relationship Management experience or knowledge.
- Advanced skills with the MS Office suite of products particularly Excel.
- Power BI dashboard creation and analytics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) with the ability to communicate and listen to clients.
- Proven ability to maintain and enhance positive stakeholder relationships.
- Analytical thinker able to identify and maximize improvement opportunities.
- Motivated and fast learner with the ability to adapt and learn new systems that enhance the mobile data
- collection business.

Setup and Location: Hybrid (Ortigas Pasig)
Work Schedule: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (AU QLD) 7:00AM to 4:00PM (PH)
