About the role


As a Recruiter Intern you will be responsible for identifying engaging and attracting highly skilled technical professionals to join our organization. You will work closely with the Recruitment team to build a strong talent pipeline and contribute to our companys growth and success.

This role is crucial in ensuring the satisfaction of candidates contributing to our reputation for excellence with Sunbytes Recruitment. Our commitment to maintaining relevance in our industry drives us to consistently enhance and innovate both our personal capabilities and our operational processes.

Your responsibilities


Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. online job boards social media professional networks Boolean search) to identify potential candidates.

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to target passive candidates.

  • Continuously build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Initiate contact with potential candidates and build rapport.

  • Clearly communicate job opportunities company culture and benefits to candidates.

  • Screen candidates to assess their qualifications interest and availability.

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain a wellorganized candidate pipeline and update candidate profiles in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and priorities.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor hiring strategies and talent market dynamics.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to inform recruitment strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with recruiters to understand the hiring needs and priorities of different teams.

  • Attend regular meetings with hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with their requirements.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (HR Business etc.) or equivalent work experience.
  • Good English verbal and written communication (required).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Attention to detail and a resultsdriven mindset.
